At Lucien Moreno, we aim to ensure every client is fully satisfied with their purchase. If your order does not meet expectations, you may be eligible to return it under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted for store credit, exchange and cash refund within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must:

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email contact@lucienmoreno.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return approval and instructions.

Once the item is received and inspected, store credit or an exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify contact@lucienmoreno.com within 5 days of delivery.
If the item is available, a replacement will be extended as a courtesy of the house, free of charge.
