Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch and European consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason. This is known as the "herroepingsrecht" (right of withdrawal).

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the following text, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby declare that I wish to cancel my purchase of the following product(s): [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Signature (only if sent on paper): Date:"

Returning the Product

After cancelling, you must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, we reserve the right to deduct the diminished value from the refund.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days after we receive the returned product or after you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
